Chocolate Bark

How to make the perfect bark:

Line your baking tray with a sheet of non-stick baking paper.

Melt the chocolate over hot water, mixing often with a spoon until fully melted and smooth. Alternatively, you can use a microwave to melt the chocolate by heating it for 15 – 20 second intervals. Stir in between each interval to ensure even heating.

Once the chocolate has melted, pour it into the baking tray and spread it evenly.

Then you can start to add your toppings. Add these one by one or scatter them across the melted chocolate, laying them evenly before the chocolate begins to harden.

Once you are happy with your toppings, place the tray in the fridge to chill for at least one hour.

Once the chocolate has fully set, break the bark into pieces and enjoy!

To make the frozen yogurt bark:

Line your baking tray with a sheet of non-stick baking paper.

Spread the whole tub of your chosen yogurt out on the baking tray so that it is about half an inch thick.

Then you can start to add your toppings. Add these one by one or scatter them across the yogurt evenly.

Once you are happy with your toppings, you will need to put the tray in the freezer overnight so the yogurt can set.

Once you are happy that the yogurt has set, break the bark into pieces and enjoy!
