THE FOOD WAREHOUSE

The Food Warehouse Store Opening Competition

1. This prize draw is no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By entering the prize draw, entrants release Facebook in full, from any action or claim arising out of the prize draw.
2. Prize consists of the specific details within the post published on Facebook. The prize will be funded either by The Food Warehouse or a chosen supplier, who will vary. There will be a chosen winner(s) from when the Facebook post is advertised until 11.59PM the day before the specified opening date. Entries received outside of this time period, or which do not meet the entry criteria will not be considered. The winner(s) will be selected using a random computer process.
3. Entry criteria: Entries to the prize draw are made by entrants liking Food Warehouse's Facebook page and commenting on the competition post, tagging a friend.
4. Entry is free. Internet access and a Facebook account is required. Only one entry per valid Facebook account. Every Facebook user that comments on the relevant Food Warehouse channel post will be entered into the prize draw.
5. The winner(s) will be announced on Food Warehouse Facebook page no later than one week after the day of opening. Winners may be notified sooner.
6. Claiming the prize: The winner must contact Food Warehouse by a private Facebook message within 24 hours of the announcement to claim their prize. If a winner does not get in touch within 24 hours, their prize will be forfeited and another prize winner will be redrawn in accordance with the process set out above.
7. No cash alternative will be offered for the prize and the prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. The Food Warehouse reserves the right to substitute the prize for an item of similar value. The Food Warehouse vouchers can only be used at the Food Warehouse Store specified within the Facebook event. Vouchers cannot be used online, in The Range stores and cannot be used to purchase bonus card savings. 8. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees and staff of Food Warehouse, their respective families and agencies or anyone connected with this prize draw are not permitted to enter.
9. Food Warehouse accepts no responsibility for the content of any posts on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram. Food Warehouse reserves the right to immediately remove any non-genuine, copied, unsuitable, obscene, derogatory or otherwise offensive posts, photographs or other material. Entrants posting such materials will be automatically disqualified and may be blocked from Food Warehouse's Facebook, Twitter and Instagram pages at Iceland's discretion.
10. The prize winner(s) name will be posted on Food Warehouse's Facebook page and their name will be made available on request once the winner has been confirmed from Food Warehouse's head office. Contact Food Warehouse's Customer Care on 0800 328 0800. Lines are open between 8am-9pm Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm Saturday, and 8am-6pm Sunday (opening hours subject to change and calls may be recorded). By entering the prize draw, the winner agrees to participate in publicity relating to the prize draw on the reasonable request of Iceland.
11. The result of the prize draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into. Food Warehouse reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw or these terms and conditions at any time without prior written notice if circumstances beyond Iceland's control make this necessary. Food Warehouse will not be responsible for any entries that are incomplete, lost or delayed or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other reason which is beyond Food Warehouse's control. Proof of entry is not proof of receipt.
12. By entering the prize draw on Facebook, entrants are deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. Entrants also agree that Food Warehouse may contact them from time to time with offers and information from Food Warehouse. Entrants will be given the opportunity to unsubscribe from this service in each communication.
13. The Food Warehouse will process personal data in line with the Data Protection Act 2018 and The Food Warehouse's privacy policy, which can be found at: /privacy-policy/. Any questions about these should be directed to the Data Protection Officer at dataprotection@iceland.co.uk
14. The prize draw is governed by the law of England and Wales and is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales

JML NUYOU Pedi Roller Facebook Competition

1. This prize draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook. By entering the prize draw, entrants accept that they shall have no rights of claim against Facebook and shall thereby fully release Facebook from any action or claim arising out of the prize draw.
2. Prize consists of x 1 JML NUYOU Pedi Roller per winner. There will be 12 (twelve) winners selected in total from the date that the Facebook post is first advertised on Friday 3rd March 2023 until 11.59PM on Thursday 9th March 2023. Entries received outside of this time, or which do not meet the entry criteria, will not be considered. The winners will be selected on Friday 10th March 2023 using a random computerised process.
3. Entry criteria: Entries to the prize draw are made by following The Food Warehouse Facebook page, and liking, sharing and tagging a friend on the relevant The Food Warehouse Facebook competition post. Entrants must be following The Food Warehouse Facebook page in order to make the entry valid.
4. Entry is free. Internet access and a Facebook account are required. Only one entry per valid Facebook account. Use of the Facebook account is subject to Facebook's terms and conditions of use as published from time to time.
5. The Food Warehouse will announce the winners on Friday 10th March 2023. We will contact the winners by making a comment on the post and instructing the winners to send their details to us via a private Facebook message.
6. Claiming the prize: The winners must contact The Food Warehouse by a private Facebook message within 7 days of the announcement to claim their prize and to confirm their postal address. If a winner does not get in touch and provide their postal address within 7 days, their prize will be forfeited, and another prize winner may be selected in accordance with the process set out above.
7. No cash alternative will be offered for the prize and the prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. The Food Warehouse reserves the right to substitute the prize for an item of similar value.
8. The prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees and staff of Iceland Foods Limited, their respective families and agencies or anyone connected with this prize draw are not permitted to enter.

11. The prize winners' surnames will be posted on The Food Warehouse Facebook pages and their surname and county will be made available on request once the winner has been confirmed. The only personal data The Food Warehouse will process about each entrant for the purpose of the prize draw is their name, and for the winner, their telephone number, email address and postal address for confirming that they have won the prize ("Personal Data"). The Food Warehouse will process personal data in line with the Data Protection Act 2018 and The Food Warehouse's privacy policy, which can be found at: http://www.iceland.co.uk/privacy-policy. Any questions about these should be directed to the Data Protection Officer at dataprotection@iceland.co.uk.
15. The Food Warehouse will be required, with the winners' prior consent, to share the winners' Personal Data with The Food Warehouse's nominated courier services provider for the sole purpose of delivering the prizes to the winners. The Food Warehouse may be required by law or court order to share Personal Data with the police or other law enforcement authorities.

Coventry Food Warehouse Trolley Dash

1. To enter, customer must be in the queue for The Coventry Food Warehouse store opening before 7.30am on Tuesday 14 May 2024. Each customer in the queue before 7.30am will be given a raffle ticket and entered into a free prize draw for the chance to win one of three 90 second trolley dashes around The Coventry Food Warehouse store (the “Prize”). There will be 3 (three) winners in total.
2. No cash alternative will be offered for a Prize, and the Prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Iceland reserves the right to substitute the Prize where circumstances deem this necessary.
3. Age restrictions apply. Entrants must be aged 18 or over to enter the prize draw and claim the Prize. The Promoter may ask a winner to provide proof of age before confirming them as a winner. Employees and staff of Iceland, their respective families and agencies or anyone connected with this prize draw are not permitted to enter.
4. The winning tickets will be selected at random and announced by an Iceland colleague at the Coventry Food Warehouse at or around 7.30am on Tuesday 14 May 2024. If a winner is not present when their ticket is drawn, the winner will forfeit their Prize and another winning ticket will be selected. Each of the three trolley dashes will take place from 7.30am on Tuesday 14 May 2024, before the Coventry Food Warehouse store opens.
5. The result of the prize draw is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Iceland reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw or these terms and conditions at any time without prior written notice if circumstances beyond Iceland’s control make this necessary.
6. Winners must complete and sign the Trolley Dash Event Declaration form (the “Declaration”) prior to taking part in the trolley dash and comply with the terms set out within the Declaration. and The Food Warehouse Trolley Dash Rules, which will be available on the day prior to the trolley . The promoter does not accept any responsibility if the winner chooses not to take up the Prize for any reason, including if the winner chooses not to sign the Declaration and no substitute prize will be offered in such circumstances. The Declaration must be signed by the winner, or the trolley dash cannot take place, in which case another winner will be selected.
7. Winners are responsible for their choice of products during the trolley dash. The Food Warehouse does not accept any responsibility for any allergies to products.
8. The trolley dash excludes alcohol, general merchandise (including, without limitation, homeware, garden accessories and JML products) and gift cards. In the event that a participant places any such items in their trolley during the trolley dash, these items shall be removed at the end of the trolley dash.
9. Only a maximum of two of the same product will be allowed to be picked up during the trolley dash.
10. The winner will not be able to return to an area in which they have already shopped in case there are any spillages. Iceland reserves the right to close any aisles or areas of the Coventry Food Warehouse store where it deems it necessary for the safety of a winner participating in the trolley dash.
11. The winner shall be responsible for arranging the delivery/collection of the items they selected, following the trolley dash. Iceland is not in the position to store or deliver the trolley dash products for the winners.
12. By taking a raffle ticket, entrants are deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
13. By accepting the Prize, the winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by Iceland in relation to the opening of The Coventry Food Warehouse store.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to check validity and reject entries with reasonable cause.
15. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its employees or agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
16. If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or the rules set out in the Declaration, or Trolly Dash Rules, The Food Warehouse may, at its sole discretion, exclude you from participating in the prize draw/trolley dash.

1. The prize consists of 1 x Deawoo Double Draw Air Fryer (the “Prize”). There will be 1 (one) winner in total.
2. No cash alternative will be offered for the Prize, and the Prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. The Food Warehouse reserves the right to substitute the Prize where circumstances deem this necessary.
3. To enter the ‘guess how many sweets in the jar’ promotion, customers must be in the queue for the Hemel Hempstead Food Warehouse store opening by 7.40am on 14 May 2024 and be aged 18 or over (“Eligible Participant”). Employees and staff of The Food Warehouse, their respective families and agencies or anyone connected with this promotion are not permitted to enter.
4. Each Eligible Participant will be given an entry ticket and that ticket will be recorded by a member of The Food Warehouse Head Office Marketing Team. The Eligible Participant must guess how many sweets are in the jar on display and the same member of The Food Warehouse Head Office Marketing Team will record the Eligible Participant’s guess in conjunction with their allocated entry ticket (provided that another Eligible Participant has not already made the same guess, in which case the Eligible Participant will be required to make another guess).
5. At 7.45am on 14 May 2024, the correct number of sweets in the jar will be announced, in addition to the corresponding number for the Eligible Participant whose guess was either the correct answer or closest to the correct answer. If two Eligible Participants make a guess that is equally as close to the correct number of sweets in the jar (e.g. one either side), then the Promoter will use a fair and random process to select a winner. If the winner is not present when the announcement is made, the winner will forfeit the Prize and the Prize will be awarded to the Eligible Participant who made the next closest guess to the correct answer.
6. The Prize will be available to the winner at the Coventry Food Warehouse shortly after the winner is announced. The winner must show their numbered entry ticket to redeem the Prize. If the winner is unable to provide their numbered ticket, The Food Warehouse reserves its right to allocate the Prize to another winner in accordance with the process set out in clause 5 above. It is the responsibility of the winner to collect the Prize. The Prize will not be delivered to the winner. If the Prize is not collected by 10am on 14 May 2024, it will be forfeited. If the winner rejects the Prize, the Prize will be forfeited and another winner will be selected in accordance with the process set out above (i.e. the Prize will be awarded to the Eligible Participant who made the next closest guess to the correct number of sweets in the jar).
7. The result of the promotion is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Food Warehouse reserves the right to cancel or amend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any time without prior written notice if circumstances beyond The Food Warehouse’s control make this necessary.

****Coventry Food Warehouse Raffle – 14 May 2024

1. The prizes consist of:
   • 2 x Tower 4 Litre Air Fryer;
   • 3 x Household Essentials Hampers; and
   • 2 x Tower Panini Maker;

(individually, a “Prize” and together, the “Prizes”).

There will be 7 (seven) winners in total.

2. No cash alternative will be offered for a Prize, and the Prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. The Food Warehouse reserves the right to substitute the Prizes where circumstances deem this necessary.
3. To receive a raffle ticket, customers must be in the queue for the Coventry Food Warehouse by 7.45am on 14 May 2024 and be aged 18 or over. Employees and staff of Iceland, their respective families and agencies or anyone connected with this raffle are not permitted to enter. Any non-winning tickets that have been obtained in relation to the Trolley Dash prize draw will also be eligible for entry into this 7 Prize raffle.
4. The winning tickets will be selected at random by a member of The Food Warehouse’s Head Office Marketing Team at the Central Six Retail Park Food Warehouse at 7.50am on 14 May 2024. The winners will not be able to choose their own Prize. If a winner is not present when their ticket is drawn, the winner will forfeit their Prize and another winning ticket will be selected.
5. The Prizes will be available to the winners at the Coventry Food Warehouse shortly after the raffle takes place. It is the responsibility of each winner to collect their Prize. Prizes will not be delivered to the winners. Any Prizes not collected by 10am on 14 May 2024 will be forfeited.
6. The result of the raffle is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. The Food Warehouse reserves the right to cancel or amend the raffle or these terms and conditions at any time without prior written notice if circumstances beyond The Food Warehouse’s control make this necessary.
